Our client is a leading global employer with over 50 years of successful trading. They boast a multinational management team in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, handling diverse projects in Data, Mixed Use, Transportation, Commercial, and Education sectors.
Salary and Benefits:
Offering a competitive salary ranging from SAR 50,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances, along with additional benefits such as flights, medical coverage, and visas.
Requirements:
Prospective applicants must be willing to relocate to Riyadh or currently based in Saudi Arabia. They should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, with MRICS desired but not essential. A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a Cost, Commercial, and Leadership role is required, along with FIDIC experience. Strong communication skills, BIM & Cost X software experience, and contractual, commercial, and technical awareness are also essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Cost, Commercial, and Leadership roles.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project management.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to relocate to Riyadh or currently based in Saudi Arabia.
- MRICS qualification desired but not essential.
- Proficiency in BIM & Cost X software preferred.
- Technical awareness in cost and commercial management.
- Capacity to add value across all aspects of project cost management.
