Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Architect at Arch group Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural excellence. Your responsibilities encompass:
- Thoroughly understanding project and client requirements, ensuring alignment with design objectives.
- Collaborating effectively with clients, specialist consultants, and relevant authorities to streamline project communication.
- Orchestrating seamless coordination of design drawings across various disciplines to enhance project efficiency.
- Offering support to the Design Manager and overseeing Architectural Assistants throughout the design stage.
- Taking the lead in preparing comprehensive authority, tender, and construction documentation.
- Providing continuous support to the supervision team from construction initiation to building completion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record and a diverse skill set:
- Over 10 years of comprehensive experience, including a minimum of 5 years contributing to Architectural Design in the Gulf region.
- Educational background: B.Arch.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role for 4-5 years, specifically on expansive projects like hotels, towers, master plan villa developments, and malls.
- Strong leadership acumen, a collaborative team player, a keen eye for detailing, and extensive knowledge of industry practices and UAE authority regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with clients, structural teams, services, and other specialties.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred, while expertise in AutoCAD is mandatory. Familiarity with SketchUp and other presentation software is advantageous.
