Job Description

As a Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of NEOM’s construction operations. You will work closely with government organizations, international communities, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect personnel, assets, and operations.
- Lead and manage the security team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Liaise with government organizations and international communities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate threats.
- Oversee security operations, including incident management, emergency response, and crisis management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of service in police, security, or military sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or liaising with government organizations and international communities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Preferred certification in an internationally recognized security qualification (e.g., ASIS, CPP).
- Saudi Nationality preferred; expatriates with valid residency will be considered.
