About the Role:
As a Compliance and Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring Abbott’s adherence to regulations and internal policies within the Nutrition Division. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Maintaining Compliance: Conduct regular monitoring and audits to verify adherence to established policies and requirements.
- Reviewing Activities: Review and approve all activities with healthcare professionals and institutions before proceeding, ensuring they meet Abbott’s compliance standards.
- Sample Reconciliation: Review and approve sample reconciliation on a quarterly basis.
- Financial Oversight: Review and approve debit notes to distributors and invoices, ensuring pre- and post-event documentation is complete.
- Denied Party Screening: Perform regular screening on healthcare professionals, institutions, and customers to identify any potential risks.
- Market Visits: Participate in market visits with team members to ensure activities and interactions are conducted appropriately.
Who You Are:
To excel in this position, you’ll possess a strong foundation and a keen eye for detail:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharma, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar compliance or documentation specialist role.
- Internal Audit Experience: Prior experience in internal audits or compliance reviews is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Large Organizations: Previous experience in a large organization or multinational company is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical Sector Knowledge: Experience within the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
