5. Solution Development: Assess organizational requirements and develop IT solutions.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor IT system performance and recommend improvements.
7. Vendor Assessment: Evaluate vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware/software.
8. Troubleshooting: Address hardware/software issues related to internal IT systems.

Requirements:
