Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Gather insights into market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with estimation, marketing, and execution teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Technical Services Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in technical services such as earthing and lightning protection design, health assessment, electrical safety audits, power quality solutions, and power system studies.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of process, petrochemical, manufacturing, and engineering industries, as well as the oil and gas sector and relevant stakeholders.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Client Acquisition: Drive efforts to acquire new clients and expand the organization’s customer base.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our technical services and products.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with technical services such as earthing and lightning protection design, health assessment, electrical safety audits, etc.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of process, petrochemical, manufacturing, and engineering industries, as well as the oil and gas sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to clients effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and coordinate with various departments.
- Market Awareness: Awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze market data and client requirements.
