What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be a pivotal figure, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution, completion, and handover. You’ll be the client’s interface, leading the technical quality of all construction aspects. Here’s a closer look:
- Overall Project Management: You’ll oversee all phases of construction, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets client objectives. This involves managing site readiness, delivery, commissioning, handover, and interface management with other teams.

Who You Are:

- Degree Qualification: A relevant degree in construction management or a related field is required.
- Professional Qualifications: Chartership or pursuit of similar professional qualifications is a plus.
- Saudi Arabia Visa: You must meet the necessary visa criteria for working in Saudi Arabia.
- Extensive Construction Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large construction projects is expected.
