TS Controller

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in IT Service Support? We’re seeking a TS Controller to join our dedicated team, providing remote support to users in Doha and beyond. If you’re passionate about ensuring smooth operations, resolving incidents efficiently, and driving service improvements, this role is for you.

About the Role: As a TS Controller, you’ll play a crucial part in our IT Service Support Team. You’ll serve as the primary escalation contact, ensuring all incidents are handled promptly within defined SLAs. Your responsibilities will include managing IT infrastructure, providing operational support for critical systems, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT infrastructure and services, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage and provide support for critical operational systems such as Amadeus DCS and Reservation.
  • Coordinate SITA WAN solution implementation and ongoing support for stations.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure stable and secure IT services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network and application outages, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including self-service culture promotion and process optimization.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Communicate outage and emergency activities effectively within the organization.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date IT Knowledge Base.

About You: To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Customer-facing experience with a friendly attitude and helpful demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to support business needs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT Service and Support.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 OS and ITIL processes.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE & ITIL V4 (Foundation) are a plus.
