Job Summary:

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design Concept Development: Support senior urban designers in creating design concepts and strategies for various urban spaces.
2. Architectural Drawing: Assist in producing architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using CAD software.
3. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on urban design principles, trends, and best practices, analyzing data to inform design decisions.
4. Design Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and sections to illustrate design proposals.
5. Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities and communicate with stakeholders like clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
6. Design Presentation: Prepare design presentations and visual materials to effectively communicate proposals to clients and stakeholders.
7. Graphic Design: Contribute to the development of compelling graphics, renderings, and digital presentations.
8. Site Visits and Fieldwork: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development.
9. Site Analysis: Assist in site analysis, studying topography, infrastructure, and existing buildings.
10. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary range of AED 22,000 to 28,000 per month, individual growth plans, working visa, salary reviews, and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in urban design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, urban design, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino.
• Strong graphic design skills and ability to present design ideas convincingly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles, urban planning, and sustainable design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in urban design.
