Description:
An International Coffee Company is seeking a Male Filipino Electrical Technician with a valid Qatari driving license. The ideal candidate will possess technical and electronic skills, a college diploma, and 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include maintaining and refilling coffee vending machines, handling client complaints, and performing emergency maintenance.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Visiting, cleaning, and maintaining coffee vending machines daily.
- Handling client complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conducting emergency maintenance visits on weekends when necessary.
- Maintaining impeccable traffic and vehicle conditions.
- Proficiency in technical and electronic aspects of appliances.
- Ability to work with company’s app software.
- Following up with team leader on daily operations.
- Ensuring timely response to client queries and escalations to higher management when needed.
Requirements:
- Qatari Driving License: Must possess a valid Qatari driving license for transportation purposes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical and electronic skills related to electrical systems and appliances.
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics and technical fields, preferably in appliance maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Initiative: Demonstrated initiative in addressing client complaints and performing maintenance tasks proactively.
