Role Overview: As a Human Resource Officer, you will be a key player in our team, based in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing employees, contributing significantly to the development and adherence to labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Foster positive management and employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding new talent.

- Assess training needs, design, and monitor effective training programs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Manager, Administrator, or another HR executive role.
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
